1. Meeting place – We meet at Ft. Island Trail Park. You will receive an email from us that will give you the specifics about where to park and where to meet us. Parking is free. Please be there 15 minutes early.
2. What to bring – Sunglasses, sunscreen, jackets & hats.
3. How to dress – In layers. The weather is usually wonderful, but it can change fast. Make sure you are ready for anything.
4. Cancellation policy – No refunds, but on a case-by-case basis we will issue credits for future trips.
5. Age limits – Minimum age is three years unless you and your party are the only ones on the boat.
6. Life jackets – The boat is equipped with life jackets for all passengers. Florida law requires that children six and under wear a life jacket. We provide these. If the child is under 12 years and does not swim, the Captain may require them to wear a life jacket.
7. Animals – Only service animals are allowed unless you have received prior permission from the Captain.
8. Capacity – We seat a maximum of 6 people (not including the crew).
9. Eats – Snacks and assorted beverages are provided. No alcohol is allowed on the boat.
10. Bathroom – The boat has no bathroom. There are places around the Crystal River and King’s Bay where we can stop in an emergency. Restrooms are available at the launch site. We highly encourage you to use them prior to leaving on the trip!
